Last Friday, I sent an e-mail to my wonderful real estate agent, Angel about what my condo is worth and the possibility of moving to a four bedroom home. She got back with me and I told her I needed to think about it.
Saturday while driving home, Angel called and asked if she could show my condo to her clients just in case I decided to sell. I had two minutes to pick up the house (a lot of stuff can fit into the oven). The couple looked at the condo for about 5 minutes and out the door. My thoughts, "that was nice"
Saturday evening, Angel calls to inform me that they LOVE my condo and will think about it over the weekend.
Well, yesterday......SOLD for fair market value......GREAT!!!!!!
I'm homeless.....until I found....
Our new home about two miles away in the newer subdivision with clubhouse, two pools, hot tub, fitness center, park, etc.....
I have a brand new 4 bedroom all with walk in closets, 2 1/2 baths, 2261 square feet, small backyard (just enough mowing). This house is GREAT!!!! and the best part.....I got a killer of a deal because of Angel and I had already purchased my condo through the same builder.
We all close on April 29th and moving day is Saturday May 1st. This also means I qualify for the $6,500 tax credit.
Does this seem possible in todays market? Selling without even listing and one showing.
Pinch me because I think I'm dreaming.
