Natalee turns nine months old

Is Natalee really nine months old? I swear she should only be about 9 weeks old.

We went to the doctor yesterday for Natalee's nine month well baby check. Her are the stats:

Length: 28 inches (80th percentile)
Weight: 19.9 lbs (85th percentile)
Head: 17 inches (25th percentile)

Natalee is right on track to advanced on her milestones.

Natalee was started on Prevacid for possible GERD (Gastric Esophageal Reflex Disorder), she throws up alot (unrelated to the type of food) and is wheezing more even without a cold. I really think she does have GERD so I was happy that we went straight to Prevacid. My insurance even let me even thought it is not on formulary but this is the only option for children because it comes in a quick dissolving tablet. Natalee didn't seem to mind taking in last night.

I'll post some 9 month pictures later today because she is still sleeping.

Wow!!!!! 9 months.

I almost forgot....Natalee also got her second seasonal flu shot and her last Hepatitis B shot. Thursday the Girls will be getting their last H1N1 shot.

Breakfast with Santa & Friends

On Saturday, Tiffany, Eliza, Solomon, Charlee, Natalee, and I went to breakfast with Santa. It was great to spend time with GREAT friends during the holiday season. The Kids had a great time and the food was great.

Natalee and I were the only ones who liked the Grinch

A Second Opinion

Today Charlee had an appointment with another eye doctor for a second opinion. Charlee is looking at her third eye surgery before she turns 4 years old. He believes the scar tissue from the previous surgery is the cause of her eyes crossing again. I'm not exactly sure when the surgery will take place but sometime during the beginning of 2010.

More details to come.....

Snow White and Cinderella

Snow White and Cinderella

On Saturday, Tiffany and I took Cinderella, aka Eliza, and Snow White, aka Charlee, to Disney Princesses on Ice. It was terrific. The Girls were in heaven and they were in such great behavior. The Babies, aka Natalee and Solomon, were with Grandma and Grandpa.

My First Kiss

After picking Natalee up after work, she proceeded to give me her first kiss. It was adorable. I must have gotten a million kisses from her. I would say, "Give me kissy" and she would. She even gave Charlee her first kiss.

I'm on cloud nine.

Natalee turns eight months old

My little Natalee turned eight months old today. Where did the time go? She was not having the best day because of another cold. She was just not her happy self.

Mommy, I loved the yummy dinner roll. So did Maggie.

I dumped all the toys out. I love making a mess.

I love standing.

What's up with that look, Natalee?
She is becoming Lighting McQueen with her crawling. Here one second gone the next. She recently crawled over to Maggie's water dish and proceeded to dump the whole bowl of water onto herself.
Natalee loves her food. She continues to eat lots of veggies and fruit. Her favorite is still peas and prunes. Cheerios and "Puffs" are also becoming a hit because she has figured out how to pick them up and get then into her mouth. Of course, not all of them make it so Maggie is loving this stage of self feeding.
She loves to play with Charlee. I can tell that she can't wait until those legs start working. The Girls play in Charlee's room at night while I get a few things done around the house. They love spending time together.
I can't tell you how lucky I am to be Natalee's Mom.
